I had that issue with Procking, as well. It was a glitch where voxals I had already mined seemed to respawn but when I whacked 'em they procked and I got nothing. Also had an issue in the Everbark Outpost where all the rocks were Aluminum. When I hovered over them with my pickaxe the tag would read Iron or Copper or whatever. I had to mine them blind and the Aluminum skin stayed and was like nothing there after I had mined the iron, or whatever. I was working on a bug report but got side tracked.
